Ben Stafford is a partner in Elias Law Group’s Labor & Employment practice. At ELG, his professional focus is employment litigation and counseling. Mr. Stafford also represents clients in redistricting and voting rights litigation. 

Arriving at ELG from Perkins Coie LLP, Mr. Stafford has brought his extensive experience in counseling progressive clients on various labor and employment issues, including compliance with antidiscrimination, reasonable accommodation, employee leave, wage and hour, and labor law requirements.  

Mr. Stafford’s other areas of experience include proactive defense of individual employment and defamation claims.  

Mr. Stafford is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law and continues to work out of the state of Washington, where he is based in ELG’s Seattle office. He believes in ELG’s mission of helping Democrats win, citizens vote, and progressives make change.
