Candice Aquino Tisdale joined Elias Law Group in 2021 as its first Chief Operating Officer. She ensures daily operations evolve to meet the demand of the firm’s unique mission during this period of rapid growth. 

Prior to joining Elias Law Group, Candice served active duty as a Naval Officer for eight years. During her service she tackled complex operational challenges while deployed to the Western Pacific aboard a Guided-missile Cruiser, as an operational logistics war planner for the Navy’s largest fleet concentration, and as a fiscal advisor for the White House Military Office. She brings a wealth of experience in operations, logistics, leadership, strategic planning, financial operations, data analysis, and innovation among other areas.  

Candice is a native of Upper Marlboro, MD. She earned a B.S. in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy in 2014. She is based out of ELG’s Washington, D.C. office.
