Emma Anspach is an associate in Elias Law Group’s Political Law practice.  

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Anspach worked for numerous political organizations, including the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Democratic Governors Association, where she developed expertise in campaign strategy, policy analysis, and opposition research.   

Ms. Anspach received her J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was an Editor of the American Criminal Law Review, a legal writing fellow, and participated in the school’s Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Duke University. She is based out of ELG’s Washington, D.C. office.
