Joseph Posimato is an associate in the Litigation practice group. His practice focuses on advancing pro-democracy causes in courts across the country. Joseph has litigated voting rights and redistricting cases at every level of the federal and state judiciaries, including before the United States Supreme Court, and he has served on several trial teams.
