Rich Medina is an associate in Elias Law Group's Litigation practice, representing clients in voting rights, redistricting, and campaign finance litigation in state and federal courts around the country. He has experience with all aspects of litigation at the trial and appellate levels, including pleadings, fact and expert discovery, depositions, motion practice, oral argument, and appellate briefing.

Before joining Elias Law Group, Rich was a litigation associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York, where his practice focused on commercial litigation and white collar defense. At Paul, Weiss, Rich also maintained a substantial pro bono practice in areas including immigration and constitutional litigation. 

Rich holds a B.A. from Columbia University in Economics and Political Science and a J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was a Forum and Features editor of the Yale Law Journal and a Features Editor of the Yale Journal of International Law. He clerked for the Honorable Denise Cote of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable Scott M. Matheson, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Before law school, Rich worked on Democratic campaigns, including at the DCCC.
