Roger Gonzalez is Elias Law Group’s security manager. He is responsible for the firm’s internal and personnel security.  

Roger began his career as a Navy Surface Warfare Officer, serving on four ships over 12 years. He held major roles in Operations and Navigation onboard surface ships. Additionally, he served in various other administrative and force protection roles during this time. Most recently, he was a contractor to the Program Executive Office – Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) for Navy Directed Energy Systems Acquisitions.  

Roger holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Drexel University. He is based out of our Washington, D.C. office.
