Max Accardi is an associate in Elias Law Group’s litigation practice, where he focuses on voting rights, redistricting, and other election law matters. Max has represented voters, non-profits, candidates, and party organizations in state and federal courts throughout the country and at all stages of litigation.
Before joining Elias, Max was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm in Washington, D.C., where he focused on intellectual property litigation. Max entered private practice after clerking for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Salt Lake City, Utah and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri in Kansas City, Missouri.
Max graduated summa cum laude from Washington University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Washington University Law Review and participated in the First Amendment and appellate clinics. Prior to attending law school, Max earned degrees in political science and chemistry from Drury University.
Max is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
