Jimmy Pinchak is an associate in the Litigation practice where he focuses on voting rights, election litigation, and other high-stakes and pro-democracy matters.
Jimmy clerked for the Honorable Richard C. Wesley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Most recently, he worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he specialized in civil and appellate litigation, and maintained an active pro bono practice representing individuals on death row.
Jimmy received his law degree from Cornell Law School, and his Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. Previously, as a student, Jimmy won Cornell Law School’s first-year moot court championship and served as Chancellor of Cornell Law School’s Moot Court Board.
