Walker McKusick is an Associate in the Litigation practice group. He and his colleagues litigate across the country to protect voting rights and democracy.
Walker earned a J.D. from the University of Washington with high honors, where he was an Associate Editor in Chief of the Washington Law Review and one of two members of the Ninth Circuit Appellate Advocacy Clinic. His scholarship includes a published law review comment on reproductive rights and the Full Faith and Credit Clause, which has since been cited in the Stanford Law Review and the Minnesota Law Review.
Walker holds a B.A. in History and Economics from the University of Virginia. He clerked for the Honorable Judge John Coughenour of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. During his clerkship, Walker also assisted Judge Coughenour with trials in the Eastern District of California and the District of Guam. Walker is based in ELG's Seattle office.
